managers
whats the meaning of company ?! is there any meaning except its just a co works leading by manager ?
this question is driving me crazy since i start working at small business company , i think also they " managers " establish these companies for thierself only without even care about pepole who working there , its facts happening in front of my eyes
have they ever thought that , if they care about employee they will get the best production so far ?
why they always looking at the end of road not the beginning ?
this question is really can't get out of my mind for a long time
